Lung Cancer

Let’s catch lung cancer earlier.

Lung cancer screening isn’t appropriate for all of your patients, but for those at high risk it can help detect disease at an earlier stage when it’s easier to treat.

A low-dose CT scan (LDCT) is the only screening test for lung cancer recommended by the USPSTF. It can be ordered for patients meeting screening criteria and following documentation of a counseling and shared decision-making visit.
