Caring Connections is a network of more than 200 transplant survivors who provide emotional support to patients and caregivers through phone conversations, emails, texts, letters or visits. It's a place where knowledge is shared, hope is given and connections are made. More than 1,000 bone marrow, blood stem cell or cord blood transplant survivors and family caregivers have volunteered to provide support to others facing a transplant.
Talk with someone who:
- Has been through a transplant
- Understands how you feel
- Can provide non-medical information and emotional support
- Can offer tips for coping with household and job responsibilities, the needs of other family members, and more.
