LIVESTRONG at the YMCA
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a free 12-week program with twice-weekly 90-minute sessions focusing on physical and social activities for cancer survivors, focusing on strengthening the whole person. The class uses traditional exercise methods to ease participants back into fitness and a healthy weight, build muscle mass and strength, increase flexibility and endurance, and improve confidence and self-esteem. Wellness and stress reduction techniques are also addressed. Class dates and times vary per session.
