Maximum Hope Foundation
Maximum Hope offers assistance to families with a child under the age of 18 who has been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. Urgent requests are brought to us by medical social workers at children's hospitals and hospices nationwide. All cases are assessed on an individual basis and aid is granted according to the needs and financial state of the family. Maximum Hope staff members work quickly to supply struggling families with practical necessities such as rent, utility payments, groceries, gas, and gift cards for other everyday items. Due to the time-sensitive nature of many requests, they strive to provide aid within 24-48 hours. Whenever possible (and within limited means), they will also try to grant a child's special wish to bring him or her a sense of joy and resolution. Maximum Hope's compassionate and dedicated team ensures funds go where they are most needed, and conducts personal visits with families and children as a hopeful reminder that they are not alone.
