The Patient Access Network Foundation is an independent, national 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to providing underinsured patients with co-payment assistance through more than 60 disease-specific programs that give them access to the treatments they need. PAN offers varying annual grant amounts to patients that qualify based on income requirements. Patients must have insurance, live within the United States and be taking medication specific for treatment of their disease to be eligible.
