Prostate Cancer Screening Decision Aid
The decision to screen for prostate cancer with PSA screening should be discussed with your health care provider to weigh the pros and cons of screening. Most major organizations recommend men ages 55 to 69 discuss screening with their provider. Screening is not recommended for men 54 and younger or 70 and older. To assist men in making an informed decision about whether to screen for prostate cancer, the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) has developed this guide.
