NCC Wins Annual IT Makeover Funds

The NCC team received a surprise visit from executives from Microsoft Reno and IQ Technology Solutions on June 23 when they stopped by to award $2,400 in funds for an IT Makeover. NCC was one of five winners in the 8th annual IT Makeover Campaign, joined by other great nonprofits including Immunize Nevada, The Empowerment Center, Urban Roots, and Sierra Nevada Journeys.

The IT Makeover Campaign awards $20,000 each year to nonprofit organizations to invest toward key information technology solutions. NCC received funding based on an application submitted to the campaign requesting funding for IT tools to support the Sun Smart Schools program.

We'd like to give huge thanks to both Microsoft Reno and IQ Technology Solutions for supporting NCC's work and helping us to achieve even more success.
