Living with the Unknowns of Survivorship

Part of the Imerman Angels Community Event Series, this FREE session is presented by popular demand from Imerman Angels mentors and mentees.

We know that in the midst of cancer treatment, life can be full of medical appointments, tests, and visits. When you are given a clean bill of health, this full schedule and clear purpose can fall away. For some survivors this transition from sickness to health is challenging and requires living in the unknown of both what happens next and if cancer may return. This session explores the emotions that survivorship can bring, and presents practical mindfulness-based approaches to managing transitions and living with the unknown.
