The Nevada Advisory Council on Palliative Care and Quality of Life (PCQL) hosts Palliative Care Awareness & Education Day, on Friday, Nov. 17, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. This year’s event will be entirely virtual so attendees can participate from home, office or elsewhere.

Nevada Cancer Coalition has partnered with the White Ribbon Project to host a Lung Cancer Awareness Paint & Sip Party. Come decorate a white ribbon with us to help spread awareness and hope in November. After the event, you are welcome to take your ribbon back to your office or home to support lung cancer awareness in your community.

And we’ve partnered with medical school students and dermatologists to host skin check clinics in multiple communities.
