This event provides free mammograms, information, refreshments, a mediation room, and transportation if needed, for women of color who are behind on getting their mammogram. Spaces are limited. Pink Ribbon Sunday seeks to reach women where they gather whether at church, faith-based organizations or adult community centers. Pink Ribbon Sunday is a breast health and mammogram awareness campaign. It is a free educational and awareness event generally held every Sunday during the month of October, but can be held any time during the year. These events are hosted by B&A Entertainment Services.
