Anticipatory grief is a natural response to the losses that are inevitably part of life. This session discusses anticipatory grief, what it can look like in ourselves and those around us. The session will share mindful practices to support participants to acknowledge and accept feelings of anticipatory grief, and discuss practices and rituals that can help integrate it into one’s daily activities.
